- Foundations must meet specifications set in Bethlehem Cemetery rules at time of purchase.
- The board has agreed to not accept payment plans for plots.
- There will be a disinternment fee of $2500 per interred invidivdual.
- All graveside services must conclude by 1:00pm or a surcharge of $150 per hour will be applied (minimum 1 hour).
- No lots may be resold or transferred by the owner. They must be sold back to the township for the original price.
- The board of trustees requires that all burials require 72 hour notice, please contact the Sexton.
- Observed legal holidays are subject to change at the board’s discretion.
